Returns & Refunds

At Zirise, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details and, where applicable, provide images of the product as proof.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Certain categories of products, such as personal care items or products marked as non-returnable or on sale, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to your original method of payment. In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement, depending on product availability.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the return process must be followed instead.

In cases where the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective product, Zirise will bear the return shipping cost. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
